Damnit to hail

Had some real good storms here today. Here's a couple pieces of hail I ran out and got before they melted. Just thought I'd share.

Whoa !!!! Time to get out the helmets. I've never seen hail that big.

yesterday in parts of Missouri here they had baseball size hail! thank god the storm went south of us. can you imagine the damage! YIKES! two inch hail is nothing to sneeze at though!

No garage I'm sorry to say. The car did survive. I don't think any that size hit it.

It was a hell of a storm. I wanted to go out and grab those earlier but it was hailing to much. Even when I did finally go out I still got hit a few times from some pea sized hail. I wonder how big they would have been if they hadn't set on the ground for about 10 minutes in the rain.

Yea they were saying golfball and tennisball size hail in other parts of Iowa today. Glad that missed me, along with the tornados. Here in central Iowa we've had close to 30 of them the last few days. One town had 45 of the 50 buildings in town destroyed. thank god no one died.

I'm tired of this stupid weather here in MI. All we get is rain, and we too had a wicked hail storm the other day.

it sucks here also. it went straight from winter into a muggy, humid summer.

LMAO, this reminds me of a funny story. Sue and I were living in Italy and we had a pretty good storm with some decent sized (almost golf ball) hail coming down. Sue had never seen hail before and thought "wow, that looks cool I think I'll run out and grab some."

Well, needless to say, she got about 4-5 steps off the porch and started getting peppered. All I could hear (through my uncontrollable laughter) was "OW, crap, HELP."
